Wonderfully ornate keepsake, resembling a medal is an amazing find from the origins of baseball! Emanating from the World Champion Baltimore baseball club of 1894, Convex face of the pendant displays an awesome club cameo photo (somewhat faded, but you can still make out “BBC Baltimore 1894” and the members of the Champion Baltimore Baseball Club). Backing is incredibly in nearly perfect condition. Clearly legible is “Baltimore B.B.C. 1894 Champions of the World” surrounding image of Washington Monument. Finely printed below that is “Torsch & Lee Balto Pat. Jan.30.1894” marking this fossil’s moment in time. The ribbon from which it hangs delicately flaunts the club’s orange & black colors. 4” long. Pendant itself measures 1.75” in diameter. Amazingly EX.
