1950 Red Barber Baseball Game
One of the classic games of the 1950's. Named for the announcer that covered both the Yankees & Dodgers over the course of his career. Cover shows testimonials from the great players of the New York game. Photographed at bottom are Pee Wee Reese, Casey Stengel, Preacher Roe, Carl Erskine, Tom Henrich and Burt Shotton. By G&R Anthony. The box measures 13x20". Dated 1950, it is complete and has a couple of lid tears, o/w VG. This game is fondly remembered by those who played it as kids as being something truly special.
