Boggs made his first of 4 consecutive All-Star starts in Yankees pinstriped uniform with this jersey. One of the most quirky & superstitious players in the history of baseball was also among the most consistent and productive, a base hit machine with 7 consecutive 200-hit seasons. New York Yankees All-Star pinstripe with “NY” logo on left breast, “12” on verso. “Baltimore Orioles 1993 All-Star Game” patch on left sleeve. Black sharpie signature on front rest just below the collar on left side. Excellent game use throughout jersey. Front left tail tagging is “Russell Athletic Diamond Collection [size] 46” with “100% polyester” flag tag & “1993” year tag. Obtained from B.A.T. auction held at the 1993 All-Star game.
