<p>Spanning back 200+ years comes this response letter to a Colonel Wayne, signed and handwritten by Benedict Arnold (1741-1801) informing Wayne of a ship coming into Boston loaded with clothing for the Army, including 30,000 shirts and 30,000 shoes. In March of 1775, Arnold began the war as captain in Connecticut's militia, and one month later he assisted in the Siege of Boston that followed the epidemic of Lexington and Concord. Handwritten on both sides by Arnold with full signature on back and last name signature on front, both rating 9/10. The side showing in the frame is the backside with full signature. Comes with beautiful museum-quality framing and f<span style="font-size: 10pt;">ramed to overall 23x30". The letter itself measures 2.5x7.5" and included in the frame is a matted photograph of Arnold as well as a full page biography. Comes with JSA LOA.</span></p>
