Racecar Driver Mauri Rose won back to back Indy 500's in 1947 and 1948. Although Rose had a successful racing career, he considered his invention that permitted amputees to drive to be his most important accomplishment. This lot of wire photos (10) ranges in size from 6" x 8" to 8 1/2" x 12" and includes a nice portrait shot as well as racing action and victory photos. Conditions average EX.
