May 31, 1964 Ticket

May 31, 1964 Ticket

A full, unused ticket to "Pops Alive!" -- one of a series of seven consecutive weekly concerts during May and June produced by Brian Epstein. It was the group's first return to the Prince of Wales Theatre since the Royal Command Performance. Included is a copy of the letter from Tulip Meat Company that came with two tickets awarded to a contest winner. As is the case with UK paper tickets of this type, unused examples rarely surface.
