Pair of 1930s Japanese Sterling Silver Golf "Champions" Trophies
Offered is a pair of exquisite Japanese loving cup trophies made of sterling silver with Japanese writing that translates to "Champions" on the smaller trophy. Golf balls are incorporated into the design of both pieces, and this pair of matching trophies have a gold wash interior. The cups are not marked for silver, but they have been tested and are sterling silver weighing 294 grams or 10.3 oz. The smaller cup is 3.25" and the larger is 5.75" high. The smaller cup has a glue like material on the bottom (used to weight it) otherwise both are NRMT.
